Summer Judo Experience for Beginners

Kai Tak Sports Initiative and The Judo Association of Hong Kong, China are excited to launch a summer judo experience class for beginners, featuring Hong Kong's Olympic judoka Wong Ka Lee as the instructor! This course is specially designed for children aged 5 to 13 and focuses on teaching basic judo techniques, proper posture, and judo etiquette. The programme aims to help children build physical strength, improve coordination, and foster healthy physical and mental development.
