The use of the voucher:

• Available dates: 27 or 28 September, 2025
• Entry time: 14:00 to 23:59 on the selected date
• Parking duration: Up to 4 hours from the time of entry
• If the parking duration exceeds the allowed time, the additional parking hours will be charged at the regular hourly rate. Any partial hours will be rounded up to a full hour. Additional Parking fee will be calculated upon exit and payment shall be made by customer by Octopus Card only.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Parking Voucher is only applicable to Arena Private Car Carpark for single entry between 14:00 - 23:59 of the selected date.
2. The car plate number should be the same as the number registered during purchase.
3. Customers must follow the instructions of onsite staff and present their e-ticket to access designated parking areas.
4. Upon entry, customer shall tap the Octopus card after which staff will provide a physical QR code ticket which the driver must retain and use to waive three hours of parking fees upon exit by first scanning the QR code then tapping the Octopus card. Failure to do so, will result in the three hours not being waived and no refund available. KTSPL will not issue a replacement for any lost or damaged QR code ticket.
5. A customer whose parking exceeds the time limit of the applicable Parking Voucher would be charged the standard hourly rate. Parking less than an hour will be also calculated as 1 hour. Additional Parking fee will be calculated upon exit and payment shall be made by customer by Octopus Card only.
6. Any other free parking offers is not applicable to vehicle entered with this Parking Voucher.
7. The Parking Voucher in Kai Tak Mall cannot be refunded and exchanged for cash or other gifts.

9. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited (“KTSPL”) has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of KTSPL shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
10. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is complete.
