  1. Any individual aged 15 or above must register as a member of Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) in order to hire designated sports facilities within the precinct. All hirers and users must comply with the terms and conditions of Community Casual Hire.
  2. Individuals aged 14 or below must register as associate members through their parent or guardian's KTSP membership account in order to hire designated sports facilities within the precinct; each membership account can register a maximum of TWO associate members; all terms and conditions for Community Casual Hire apply to associate members.
  3. Members can view the availability of sports facility for the next 11 days through the Kai Tak Sports Park venue booking system and can book available facilities for the next 10 days. The 10th day of available facilities will be open for booking at 07:00a.m. everyday.
  4. Members and associated members share the same account's booking quota, with a maximum of 3 sessions per day in total, but no more than one facility can be booked during the same session hour; additionally, during peak-hours period on the same day, booking is limited to only one session. Please note that members are limited to booking a maximum of one session per day in relation to any facility booking in the Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground Field of Play (e.g. Football, Rugby).
  5. After successfully booking the facility and completing the payment, the venue booking system will automatically allocate the available facility and send a confirmation message to the hirer via email and the app.
  6. Once the booking is confirmed and the payment is completed, no change, cancellation, or refund is accepted.
  7. Hirers must complete the check-in procedure in person through the Kai Tak Sports Park App's Geo-location feature/ dynamic QR code/ at the customer service center upon arrival at the precinct at least 15 minutes before using the facilities.
  8. If the check-in procedure is not completed after the session of booking begins, the booking will be considered as forfeited; no changes or refunds will be accepted for the relevant booking.
  9. The booked facilities may only be used for designated purposes, unless prior approval is obtained. If any unapproved/ non-designated activity is found, the park has the right to suspend the hirer from use of the facilities.
  10. Any form of unauthorized transfer or resale of the use of booked facility is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspected violation, the park will immediately suspend the use of the facility and reserve the right to cease the member and their associate members from hiring facilities at KTSP. All reservations made by the hirer will be automatically canceled, and all related fees paid will not be refunded.
  11. Kai Tak Sports Park reserves the right to change the above terms without prior notice; in the event of any disputes, Kai Tak Sports Park reserves the final decision-making authority.
  1. All individuals entering the Kai Tak Sports Park facilities must comply with the park usage guidelines; any actions that violate the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the park usage guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  2. Staff will take patrol to check if the hirer is present during the use of the booked session. The hirer is required to provide his/her proof of booking and identity document for checking again upon request by the staff. If the hirer is found not being present during the use of the booked session or fail to provide proof, staff may require the user to leave the facility immediately.
  3. For safety, all hirers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when signing in and using the facilities.
  4. No commercial, political, religious, or fundraising activities, recording, filming, or any form of tea parties and press conferences may be conducted within the facilities without permission.
  5. After the booked session ends, please promptly clear and pack personal belongings, return all rented/borrowed equipment, and leave the facilities.
  6. If staff discover any individuals illegally occupying the facilities or causing disturbances to users, the park has the right to request that the relevant individuals leave the venue.
  7. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the area; do not construct any unauthorized objects, move or operate any equipment, devices, or switches within the venue. If any damage occurs, the hirer must compensate for all related repair or replacement costs.
  8. Please wear appropriate casual or sports attire and non-marking soles when entering the facilities. Do not wear rubber flip-flops, slippers, open-toed or open-heeled shoes, high heels, or any attire that may damage the facility's flooring; if attire is inappropriate or may affect others, staff have the right to refuse entry to the relevant individuals.
  9. All individuals entering the precinct, using the facilities, or participating in activities must take proper care of their personal belongings and be mindful of their own safety and that of their companions. Individuals must assume the risk of any damage or loss of personal property, as well as any bodily injury (including resulting death or illness) arising from the use of the facilities; the park will not bear any legal responsibility, obligations, or compensation.
  10. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), using loud language, eating and drinking, spitting, and littering are strictly prohibited within the sports facility areas.
  11. Please do not bring any dangerous or harmful items, any type of weapons or objects that resemble weapons or toys, any items that may cause disorder, being offensive, or hinder the operation of the precinct or its facilities, any alcoholic beverages, or any illegal items into the precinct and facilities.
  12. When typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, the government announces an "extreme situation" or in the event of any unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, the precinct facilities may be closed. When typhoon signal No. 8 is lowered and the government has cancelled "extreme situation", the facilities will reopen within two hours. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or an extreme situation remains in effect before 5 PM, all facilities will remain closed for the day. All bookings will be canceled. Affected individuals may make the following arrangements based on the situation:
    Facility Rental
    Please log into the online venue booking system and select the related bookings (i) to receive an electronic coupon equivalent to the original hiring fee of the booked facility for re-hiring the facility within the specified period; or (ii) to reschedule the booking of facility available for use within 10 days. If the hiring fee is higher than the original hiring fee, the difference must be paid.
  13. Please refrain from engaging in any unsafe behavior or any actions that may disrupt the operation of the precinct facilities; any individual making disrespectful, insulting, threatening, or aggressive remarks or behaviors that affect others' use of the facilities shall be asked by staff to leave the precinct immediately and shall be denied re-entry or use of any facilities within the precinct.
  14. Hirer shall ensure themselves and all other persons admitted to any facilities hired by her/him to comply with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the laws of the Region in relation to the safeguarding of national security, and refrain from engaging in any act or activity which are not in compliance with the said legislation.
  15. Kai Tak Sports Park reserves the right to amend the above usage rules without prior notice; in case of any disputes, Kai Tak Sports Park reserves the final decision-making authority.
