Admission Arrangement
- *Concession ticket holders are required to present valid proof of identity upon admission.
- #Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. Wheelchair seats are designated for wheelchair users, each Wheelchair User will be allocated with a Free Minder ticket to attend with them (Customer Service Fee applied for two tickets). For purchasing wheelchair tickets, please contact HK Ticketing Ticket Purchase Hotline 31 288 288 (Mon to Sun: 10am - 6pm).
- The programme information is for reference only. The organiser reserves the right to change programme information or schedule should unavoidable circumstances dictate.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Event Promoter's decision shall be final.

Refund Arrangements for “Chubb UTS Hong Kong 2025 with Humansa” due to changes of match lineup
Due to recent changes to the original match lineup, the organizer “Hong Kong, China Tennis Association” has announced a special ticketing arrangement which provides a reimbursement option for ticket holders now not wishing to attend.
Fans with pre-purchased and unused tickets have the option to apply for a reimbursement for the face value of the ticket contact the organizer before 4:00 PM 14 October 2025 via the Refund Registration Form: https://forms.gle/EZDXSUTpkCZhHdWo6.

For tickets purchased by credit card via HK Ticketing, refund procedures below:
- Applicants must submit their refund request by completing the registration form and providing all required transaction details by 4:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 14 October 2025. Late or incomplete or incorrect applications will not be processed.
- The personal information provided in the refund registration form must exactly match the original purchase records held by HK Ticketing, any ticket in found to have used, the refund application will be invalid and will not be accepted.
- The organizer and HK Ticketing reserve the right to decline the ticket refund application with no further notice and take no responsibility due to incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
- The refund will be based on the actual amount of the ticket prices paid at the time of purchase and will be calculated in Hong Kong dollars (excluding the customer services fee or any handling fees)
- A full refund (only ticket prices) will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days after 17 October 2025.
