It is our sincere wish that all guests will have a fantastic time at the park. You can help us make this happen by observing the following Park Rules during your visit.
- Please follow the instructions provided by our staff members, participate in any security screening that may be required from time to time, and adhere to any posted or announced rules.
- Kai Tak Sports Park (or KTSP/ the Precinct) is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, be a law-abiding visitor.
- For the safe and peaceful enjoyment of all guests, be considerate and safety conscious.
- To maintain a harmonious environment, no unauthorised commercial, busking, and political activities.
- For the comfort of all guests, please smoke only in designated areas.
- KTSP adopts a pet-friendly policy. You are welcome to walk or stroll your pets in areas specially designated for them.
- Please help us maintain a clean and inviting environment by respecting our property and using our facilities with care. We may remove or dispose of any waste matter, rubbish, refuse or unwanted articles in any part of the Precinct in such manner and at such time as we see fit without notice.
- Safety is our utmost priority. Please seek our prior approval for the use of motorized vehicles, drones, remote control items, kites, inflatable items, tents, or any other devices/structures that may cause potential harm or damage to other guests, staff members or the Precinct.
- While we strive to provide a secure environment, please take proper care of your own belongings. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. If you come into possession of any property in any part of the Precinct which appears to have been abandoned, lost or misplaced, you must, as soon as practicable, hand over the property to our staff.
- You are most welcome to capture your delightful memories at the Precinct for your own use, but please remember to obtain prior consent from us before engaging in any commercial filming, recording, or photography.
- KTSP is committed to inclusivity. If you have a disability or any special need, please let us know. We will gladly accommodate to ensure your visit is enjoyable and hassle-free.
- Be considerate when driving/cycling into the Precinct. Please follow the specified traffic flow/signage, avoid obstructing driveways/pathways, and use designated parking spaces/cycling areas only.
- These Park Rules should be read in conjunction with any additional Conditions of Entry or Rules and Regulations.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these rules, the English version shall prevail.
Our staff stand ready to provide advice and assistance to facilitate your enjoyment and safe visit, and we hope that everyone will have a fantastic time. In the unlikely event that these Park Rules are not complied with, we may take necessary action, including removal from the Precinct and/or taking legal action.
- Bags/backpacks are not encouraged. Bags will be searched before entering the venue.
- Security check may be required before entering the venue.
- Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.
- Persons may not be re-admitted to the venue if they choose to leave. A person who leaves may be required to scan their ticket if they wish to re-enter, and failure to do so may result in re-entry being rejected and without refund.
- Large articles, fireworks, pyro, laser device, remote-controlled aerial device or toy (e.g. drones, model helicopters), professional cameras, video/voice recorders, selfie sticks, tablets, large signs and stools/folded chairs may not be brought in, possessed or used anywhere in the venue.
- Please do not bring any restricted article(s), otherwise these may need to be placed at Baggage Storage Counter, self-service lockers, outside the venue premises or discarded.
- Wheelchair Seats are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders.
- When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder ticket at the same time.
- Holder of a wheelchair seat ticket must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by KTSPL during admission.
- The holder of a minder ticket must enter the Venue with the holder of the wheelchair seat ticket at the same time.
- KTSPL will refuse admission without refund if a non-wheelchair user or person accompanying a non-wheelchair user is found to be using a Wheelchair Seat Ticket or a Minder Ticket to gain admission.
- KTSPL and the Event Organiser reserve the final decision in case of any disputes.
- All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents.
- Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser. Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
- No ticket scalping is allowed. KTSPL and the Event Organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
- No standing on chairs or waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
- Event may contain strong lighting, strobe lighting and smoke. You are advised to take caution and should inform staff or security if you feel unwell or require assistance.
- Age limit for Seating Zone: 3 or above (unless otherwise advised by KTSPL or Event Organiser).
- KTSPL cannot guarantee that a person’s view is totally free from obstruction during an event.
Security Screening

For security reasons, all individuals with bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening and security checks prior to entry into the venue and while inside the venue.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, bringing bulky items into the venue is not recommended. Each event may have specific requirements regarding the size of items allowed for entry.

Preparation for the Security Screening
Security Screening is a condition of entry designed to ensure your safety and that of other guests. All guests entering the venue will pass through our security screening.
The following steps will help make the process as efficient as possible:
- Arrive Early: Give yourself extra time to go through the screening process to avoid any delays.
- Limit Personal Items: Bring only essential items to reduce the number of items that need to be screened.
- Check Prohibited Items: Familiarize yourself with the list of prohibited items to ensure you don’t bring anything that may delay your entry.
- Organize Bags: Keep your bags organized and easily accessible for quicker screening.
- Remove Outer Layers: Be prepared to remove jackets, coats, and belts for screening.
- Have Ticket Ready: Keep your tickets handy for a smoother check-in process.
