Shugetsu

Originating from Ehime prefecture, Japan, Shugetsu is renowned for its ramen and tsukemen with its homemade fresh noodles and special made soy sauce soup base. Topping like Kurobuta pork, flavoured egg and fried bamboo shoots are also all made in-house. Shugetsu is one of the very few ramen shops in Hong Kong of which the food is totally chemical-and-MSG-free with 100% homemade fresh noodles. Shugetus has been named as one of the Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Hong Kong for eleven years in a row (2014-2024).
